By registering as an agent with Mobiquik, you represent that you are a legal resident of India and operate a valid business point. All agents must undergo mandatory KYC verification (Aadhaar/PAN) before accessing AEPS and DMT services.
Mobiquik acts as a technology service provider. While we maintain a 99% success rate, we are not responsible for delays caused by NPCI, bank server downtimes, or incorrect beneficiary details entered by the agent for DMT and Payout services.
Agents are responsible for maintaining sufficient balance in their wallet to process recharges, BBPS, and CMS transactions. Settlements for AEPS withdrawals follow the standard T+1 or Instant Payout cycle as per the chosen plan.
Agents are strictly prohibited from charging customers extra fees beyond the specified BBPS or Pan Card service rates unless authorized. Fraudulent AEPS activities will result in immediate ID termination and legal action under Nagaon jurisdiction.
Mobiquik reserves the right to suspend or terminate any agent account without prior notice if suspicious activity is detected or if there is a breach of these terms.
